Sonargaon University is a private university in Bangladesh. It was established with UGC approvals in December 2012 .It is located at Greenroad Panthpath in Dhaka, another campus is located in Dhaka Mohakhali, both campuses are temporary.According to me this university is perfect for job holders. Class activities are conducted according to different time schedules so if you want you choose class periods in morning or evening batches. It has four faculties: Science and Engineering; Business and Economics; Humanities and Social Science; and Law and Justice.

Good Bus Service. Almost have 10 bus. Hope in future they'll also add AC Bus.Great University also. Every Teacher are extraordinary helpful. In low cost, this is the number 1 University of Bangladesh. Everyone are always welcome.Good luck

Our University ❤️❤️ UGC and Govt. Approved. The authority gives us the best opportunity according to course fees.So, If you want to complete your BSc engineering in a private university with something Low amount then Sonargaon University gives you the best opportunity.You can get admit to this University, No problem, their teaching system is most valuable according to money(course fees).

Sonargaon University is an undertaking of Sonargaon University Trust which is also approved by UGC. Basically it provides Graduation & Post Graduation education. But, it is now a days popular for Technical Education such as Engineering. They also offer Undergraduate programs. Most of its Faculties are Highly educated. But, there is a bad rumour in the market regarding quality of education & its Certificate Value.

B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering

Welcome to the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Sonargaon University (SU). The Mechanical Department stands as the largest at the university, boasting approximately fifty highly qualified and experienced permanent faculty members, all from renowned public universities. Our journey began in 2013, and over the past eight years, we have honed our expertise and competence in the curriculum and research of mechanical engineering.

Our primary objective is to deliver quality education in both theory and practice to undergraduate students, fortifying their foundational knowledge. Several faculty members are currently on study leave in various countries, pursuing higher education and enhancing the department’s richness upon their return.

The core values of the department focus on shaping students’ personalities and preparing them to address global challenges. Once again, a warm welcome to all to our department.
